Alden is a highly skilled and experienced litigator.
Prior to establishing Crimson Legal, Alden worked for various firms in New Zealand and Australia including one of Australia’s largest law firms as a specialist litigator.
Alden has handled a range of complex commercial litigation across various areas that include civil, estate, insolvency, building and commercial proceedings. He has a particular interest in insolvency and construction disputes, and regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, building contractors and trade associations.
His successes include defending one of New Zealand’s largest trade associations and enforcing liquidator’s rights under the Companies Act.
Alden appears regularly in the High Court and has appeared in the Court of Appeal.
